Nimrod Santo Shares Five Game-Changing Apps To Streamline Your Business

As an entrepreneur, your time is your biggest asset. Yes, I said it, ‘Time, not money, is your biggest asset.’

The more you learn how to utilize your time, the more money you will make. Today, there are many apps out there that can help you streamline your business, manage your finances, reach out to more clients, and make a lot more money. Some of these apps can be pricey; however, most of them have a free trial period. Some of them are also free.

We spoke with Nimrod Santo, and he gave us his list of top 5 apps an entrepreneur should have. We were beyond-happy he granted us the interview. Nimrod Santo is a direct response marketer, entrepreneur, and digital business mogul who has amassed an extensive network of global clients and followers over the decades.

If anyone else knew about time-saving and business-enhancing apps, it would be Nimrod. Let us hand it over to him.

Everyone knows WhatsApp, but not everyone utilizes the power of this app. As a direct response marketer, my core strength and value are dependent on my visibility, accessibility, and persona. Today, consumers buy from familiar companies.

We are at a time when a man from China can buy a product from a little American girl without ever seeing the girl. WhatsApp remains one of the most powerful social media platforms out there. I have sold tens of thousands of units of products to customers through WhatsApp.

I always tell people, sometimes, your business does not need an expensive site; it only needs an expressive WhatsApp presence. When you have a strong Whatsapp presence, you set the ball rolling for an excellent direct response marketing sales funnel. And What’s better? WhatsApp is free to use.

I love VLC for three reasons:

  1. It automatically adds songs I download into my phone.

  2. You can create an extensive playlist.

  3. You can listen to motivational audio files on the go.

  4. You can watch movies, convert audio from one format to another, and do many other cool kinds of stuff.

The VLC mobile app is just as powerful as the PC software.

Calendly has been an amazing app for my business needs. I have an extensive network of remote creatives. From graphics designers to animators, coders, Laravel developers, voice-over artists, writers, copywriters, editors, and more; with calendly, it is easier to manage projects, assign projects, arrange meetings, send reminders, and organize my team seamlessly. With calendly, I can work with people who are continents away. It’s such an amazing app.

Quickbooks is another amazing app that can be used to access your finances, send payouts, invoices, issue receipts, and pay all forms of bills. Quickbooks may not be as popular as the Squared app, but it is useful for business and personal finance.

As a direct response marketer, I am very keen on results and analysis. When my team spends $10,000 on a marketing campaign, we set parameters for measuring our success even before the campaign begins. If the campaign is extensive (running into millions of dollars), we have a dedicated team that measures progress and efficiency per dollar spent.

The word ‘measure’ or control is key here. RescueTime helps you take back control of your life and time by helping you identify the areas you spend so much time on. If I tell you that you spend an average of 6 hours on social media every day, you won’t believe it—but it’s true. Rescue time helps you identify your time wasters (movies, websites, and social media platforms), giving you a chance to rescue yourself from your bad habits.
